Research Description:
Dr. Guo’s research interests are in structural bioinformatics. More specifically, his lab focuses on developing computational methods to predict and analyze protein structure/function and their applications in solving interesting biological problems. Dr. Guo is also interested in studying the evolution of biological pathways.
