Research Description:
My lab visualizes biomolecular interactions through molecular modeling of small-angle X-ray and neutron solution scattering data with interpretation supported by an integration of numerous structural biology tools- such as selected-site mutagenesis, chemical cross-linking with peptide mapping, spectroscopy (FTIR, CD, UV-VIS, FRET, MS) and available high resolution crystal and/or NMR structure information.
